| Ugh! My house has taken on a new look! We're in the middle of packing up and moving to Tallahassee. In the past we've moved up there for the legislative session but left our house as is. This time we're moving for good.
In other news:
-We're both entering into our busy season. Ryan now works in the Senate and I'm about to get busy again with shoots. We will slow down this summer and hopefully go on a nice vacation and then pick up again in the fall.
-I'm FREEZING and can't get warm!!!
-I don't like the new xanga setup!

| I've never been very good at posting spiritual type things online. I think there's an art to doing it. I feel like every time I try it comes across like one of those annoying bumper stickers that takes something as special and personal as our faith and smears it on the back end of a car. I hate getting messages on myspace that tells me to respond and pronounce Christ as my Savior and then reminds me that He wouldn't deny me. What the heck!?!? So if I don't respond I'm denying Him? While our faith is personal it is also meant to be shared. But when is it appropriate to do it? In what setting? On the back end of a car, a blog or a t-shirt? I'm not sure. I do know that there are a few on xanga that have the ability of typing out the feelings of their heart on their blog - I wish I had that gift.
But today is a very special day in the history of the church. Today is Ash Wednesday.
Joel 2:12 Turn ye even to me, saith the Lord, with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: and rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.

| I realize how awful I am at posting on xanga. I've considered many times just shutting it down and not returning but then I get back and miss it. So this is an update post.
I'm busy with work and in the middle of packing our townhouse to move to tallahassee fl, which is three hours north of here.
I'll be back in a couple of months. If you're interested in more frequent updates check out the photo blog.
